Pricing & Deadlines
- Total Early Bird Price: €1.100 (Standard price: €1.300)
- Deposit Due Now: €330 (30% of the total)
- Final Balance: €770 to be paid by March 31st, 2026.
Please note: This deposit should only be paid if you have received a confirmation email regarding your application from the Lake Como Learning Hub team.
Terms and Refund Policy
Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase:
Program Cancellation by the Organizer: In the event that the selected Summer School program is not launched or is cancelled by Larioform, the enrollment fee already paid by the participants shall be refunded. Please note that bank transfer fees or transaction expenses are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount.
Withdrawal by the Participant: If a selected candidate chooses to withdraw or is unable to participate for any reason (including, but not limited to, medical issues, visa denials, or personal reasons), no refund of the fees shall be granted.
Travel and Indirect Costs: Larioform shall not be held liable for and will not refund any travel, accommodation, or ancillary costs incurred by the participants under any circumstances, including program cancellation.
Travel Insurance: Larioform strongly recommends that all participants take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes specific cancellation cover.
Force Majeure: Larioform is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, or any other events beyond the organizer’s control.
Process After Deposit Payment
Enrollment Confirmation: Once your deposit is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation package within 48 hours.
Final Balance: The remaining €770 must be settled by March 31st, 2026, along with the payment for your accommodation, based on the selection made in your application form. We will provide a dedicated link for this second payment in March
Note: To maintain the Early Bird rate of €1.100, the deposit must be paid by February 10th.
The total fee includes a 1-year membership to the Larioform association.
